ONLINE DRENCHER
The online drencher is a machine specialised in the treatment of products by means of a hot or cold water curtain. The product is transported by a roller conveyor and optionally turbines can be added at the end of the machine to dry the product.
The water curtain is fed by a water pump from the water basin, which ensures a uniform cascade. The pump maintains a constant recirculation flow, ensuring that the water is in continuous motion. The water temperature can be controlled by an oil or gas burner, allowing precise control of the treatment process.
For easy emptying and cleaning, the basin is fitted with a manual valve. The level control of the basin is controlled by a sensor, and the speed of the outlet conveyor can be regulated according to the needs of the process. It is equipped with an electrical panel for its operation.
It can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 or galvanized steel.
