FRUIT WASHER-SHOWER LD-01
Equipment equipped with rollers on which the fruit moves while receiving a treatment with water at two temperatures.
The rollers are provided with translation and rotation movement that cause the advance of the product and the exposure of the entire surface. Above the fruit are the lines of nozzles that apply, the first, hot water under pressure, and the last; cold water, no pressure.
This type of treatment is applied without the addition of phytosanitary products and takes advantage of the properties of hot water to control the development of diseases.
