FRUIT DOSING LUNG PF-5
The fruit accumulator lung allows to regulate the flow of fruit to the weighers.
It is a container with a rectangular base and high walls, provided with two conveyor belts in charge of the distribution of the fruit. The one located in the forward position, smaller, advances the fruit towards the exit that leads to the weighers. The major belt is equipped with forward and reverse movement.
In the event that the outlet is full, the major belt goes into operation, backing up and allowing the incoming fruit to occupy the lung space. A sensor for incoming flow if the lung becomes full.
