TRAY WEIGHT CHECKER
The tray check weigher is a machine designed to check the weight of products within a specific range. The following is a detailed technical description of its features:
- Weight range: the machine checks products with a weight range of up to 3 kg.
- Accuracy: The accuracy range is 0.5 g, which ensures accurate weight measurement.
- Deflection system: if the weight of the product is below or above the marked range, it will be deflected by means of a pusher or pneumatic paddle.
- Belt conveyors: it has three belt conveyors:
- First: product dosing.
- Second: product weighing.
- Third: product discarding.
- Maximum speed: the maximum operating speed is 80 pieces per minute.
- Digital indicator: equipped with a digital indicator that shows the weight of the product.
- Chassis: made of stainless steel AISI 304, which guarantees durability and resistance to corrosion.
- Electric panel: it is equipped with an electric panel that centralises all the control and operation functions, facilitating simple and efficient handling of the machine.
