TREATMENT BASIN
The treatment basin is a machine designed for the treatment of products by immersion in hot or cold water. This tank has a water circuit driven by a pump, which ensures the constant movement of water and pushes the product towards the conveyor. The conveyor, in turn, extracts the product from the tank to continue the treatment process.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304, the treatment basin is equipped with an outlet conveyor, a water recirculation pump that keeps the water in constant movement. Filters in the recirculation system ensure the cleanliness of the water.
For easy emptying and cleaning, the basin is equipped with a manual valve and a bottom hatch. The level control of the basin is controlled by a sensor, and the speed of the outlet conveyor can be regulated according to the needs of the process, it is equipped with an electrical panel for its operation.
