PRE-CALIBRATOR FOR MESH BAGS
The mesh pre-sizer is a machine designed for fruit sizing by means of a perforated belt, which allows products of predetermined diameters to be discarded. This system ensures that only products that meet the size specifications continue in the process.
Technical features:
- Perforated belt: the perforated belt is designed according to specific requirements to discard products of predetermined diameters.
- Side conveyor outlet: the discarded product is directed to a side conveyor outlet with a width of 300 mm, facilitating the collection and handling of non-conforming products.
- Pneumatic by-pass system: optionally, a pneumatic by-pass system can be added to transfer products from one machine to another, and to have two perforated belts for discarding of different diameters as required.
- Conveyor speed: the conveyor speed can be regulated according to the needs of the process, ensuring a constant and efficient flow of products.
- Electric panel: it is equipped with an electric panel that centralises all the control and operation functions, allowing a simple and efficient handling of the machine.
