The P114 Sizer is a high precision machine designed for fruit sizing using a cup system. This calibrator is configured to weigh in 114.3 mm steps and is capable of calibrating fruit with a maximum diameter of 120 mm or a weight of approximately 240 grams. Calibration is carried out exclusively on the basis of weight, with 1.5 gram divisions, allowing precise separation of the product according to its weight.

• Return circuit: includes an initial and final return circuit that returns the product that has not been correctly weighed, thus ensuring the accuracy of the process.
• Pre-alignment and alignment section: includes a pre-alignment and alignment section that ensures a constant flow of product, allowing each piece to pass through the weigher in an orderly manner.
• Side conveyor outlet: discarded product is directed to a 300 mm wide side conveyor outlet, facilitating product collection and handling.
• Customisation options: offers the option to add a variable number of lines and outlets, adapting to specific production needs.
• Advanced control system: equipped with an advanced control system that ensures efficient and accurate operation.
• Conveyor speed: the conveyor speed can be regulated according to the needs of the process, ensuring a constant and efficient flow of products.
• Electric panel: equipped with an electric panel that centralises all control and operating functions, allowing for simple and efficient machine operation.
