Compact is an economic equipment for the integral treatment of the fruit. It is designed thinking of warehouses with low production and reduced space.
The team performs the treatment on two levels. The fruit that enters moves on rollers that turn on themselves while the fruit receives, from the top, successively, soap and rinse water, and then air from fans that dry the fruits before the application of wax. The application of wax is the last operation in the first level.
The fruits are then moved to the bottom where the drying section is located, provided with fans located above. The team also has a hot air generator that improves drying.
This equipment allows the fruit to be treated in small warehouses, regulating the residence time in each section by speed.
