Made of stainless steel AISI 304, the machine is made up of the following sections:

• Washing section: soap applicator system mounted on top of the machine and rows of nylon brush bars.
• Rinsing section: consisting of shower lines that brighten the fruit, avoiding soap residue, and rows of natural hair brush bars.
• Draining section: formed by rows of latex ring bars with lower system for draining the rings that absorb the excess water that carries the skin of the fruit.
• Drying section: integrated by a row of fans mounted on the top and at the exit of the machine.

The machine is equipped with rotational movement of the bars and a motorized system of fixed curtains to facilitate the extraction of the fruit.

In the lower part trays are mounted in stainless steel AISI 304 or polyester that will collect the liquid used in the washing process.

Both the rotation of the brushes and the motorized fruit extraction system have a speed variator.

The washing machine is built in different sizes, taking into account the production made by the customer and also the available space.

BY-PASS SYSTEM

It is composed of a roller or canvas conveyor at the bottom, which allows the fruit to pass without treatment. The machine in this case, incorporates a motorized transmission system that allows varying the height of it to adapt its height; to if it requires washing, or on the contrary it passes the fruit in dry.
