PACKAGING WASHER LC-70
The field box washer performs a continuous two-stage job; It has a length of 6 meters of hot water and 1.5 meters of clarified cold water. By means of recycled hot water, the dirt is cleaned and subsequently rinsed with running water, in order to guarantee maximum hygiene.
The application of water is made by nozzles with differential pressures. The hot section supports the addition of detergents and disinfectants and has a high capacity pump. The application of hot water is carried out at high pressure, to guarantee a perfect cleaning. The equipment has two filters to ensure the proper functioning of the pump. The design of the equipment allows very easy access to the nozzles.
A speed variator in the conveyor chains and the regulation of the temperature allow to make an optimum cleaning.
The team can work boxes of different dimensions, both height and width being adaptable.
It is usually used in association with a dryer.
